These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pedro Barn Hotel website and all related services, provided by Pedro Barn Hotel at Little England Cottages, 80/42 Moonplains, Nuwara Eliya 22200, Sri Lanka.
By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the arrangement between you and Pedro Barn Hotel.
Booking Your Stay
Bookings are subject to availability. Rates displayed are per room per night unless otherwise stated. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- You must provide accurate information at the time of booking
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in cases of fraud, non-payment, or violation of hotel policies
- Prices quoted online include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
